All Oz Seals Bushes are self-lubricating and offers very good wear and low friction performance. Oz Seals Bushes can be used for a wide range of loads, speeds and temperature in dry running conditions.
The Oz Seals Bushes are suited for lubricated applications. The anti-friction design is suitable for linear, ocsillating and rotating movements.
Bonded Washers
All Oz Seals Bonded Washers are designed for sealing fittings and bolts found in common hydraulic designs. The Oz Seals Bonded Washers standard design consists of mild steel ring that is zinc plated and gold passivated that is bonded with
Nitrile Rubber Sealing element. Oz Seals Bonded Washers are used in applications that require stronger seal than conventional washers might provide.
Flange Seals
All Oz Flange Seals has a static seal made from profile ring with two sharp sealing edges. The design has a favorable distribution of tension by sealing edges position in the groove.
The Oz Flange Seals are used for hydraulic contrrol and regulating apparatus. They can also be used for hydraulic hammers.
V-Ring Seals
All Oz Seals V-Rings are a standard Axial face seal. The Oz V-Rings are a single seal used to against dirt, dust, water, grease and oil. It is also used as a secondary seal to protect main rotary sealing element. Oz V-Rings can be stretched and installed direct over flanges, shaft and bearing house without dismantling. Oz Seals End Caps provide an intimate metal-to-metal contact between end cap and sealing surface.
Vee Packer Seals
All Oz Vee Packer Seals have a high-friction rugged construction eith multiple lips. The oil traps between the lips reduces stick slip and is possible to adjust in operation. Oz Vee Packer Seals are used in high-pressure rod and piston sealing applications. It can also be used in steel mill and hydraulic press applications.
