The material is cast into precision cylindrical moulds, which are thoroughly cleaned and preheated before casting to guarantee a flawless finish.
3. Curing Process
Each billet is cured under carefully controlled temperature conditions, ensuring maximum durability and consistent performance from every batch.
4. Finishing & Quality Check
Billets are faced, trimmed, cleaned, hardness-tested, and labelled with production details — ready for warehouse stock or direct customer delivery.
Rubber Elastomer Vulcanizing.

2. Injection Moulding
The prepared compound is injected into precision-engineered cylindrical moulds, which are thoroughly cleaned and preheated to guarantee uniform billet formation.
3. Vulcanizing Process

4. Finishing & Quality Check
Billets are demoulded, faced, trimmed, cleaned, hardness-tested, and labelled with full production traceability — ready for warehouse stock or direct customer delivery.
