Clamping plates sets:
Oz Seals offers precision-engineered aluminum alloy gripper plates, specially designed for seal manufacturing. Each set is made from high-grade aluminum to ensure durability, accuracy, and reliable performance.
There are three sets of clamping plates, engineered to securely hold billets across a range of diameters. When mounted onto the high-precision three-jaw machine chuck, these plates provide a firm and accurate grip, ensuring billets remain stable throughout the sealing production process.

Designed for the machining of semi-finished products, our cutting tools and tool holders can be used on all standard CNC lathes, regardless of make or model, making them the ideal choice for seal manufacturing workshops worldwide.
Our machine packages include a specially designed tool trolley, purpose-built to organise and store tool holders, inserts, and clamping plate sets. The trolley also provides a dedicated station for the desktop computer with CAD/CAM software integration—ensuring you have everything in one place to create the perfect seal.

Swarf Granulator / Chip Cutting Unit
At Oz Seals, we know that precision and efficiency is everything in seal manufacturing. That’s why our Swarf Granulator/ Chip Cutting Unit is engineered to keep your production line running at peak performance.
This powerful system chops long strands of plastic, rubber, and polyurethane swarf using high-speed cutting tools, then transfers the chips directly into the cyclone separator via a heavy duty suction system.
By rapidly breaking down and removing waste, the unit prevents chip buildup around the billet and tools ensuring smoother machining, superior seal surface finishes, and minimal downtime. Combined with Oz Seals’ advanced suction technology, it delivers a cleaner, more efficient, and more productive workspace.

Suction Unit:
The Oz Seals Suction Vacuum Unit works seamlessly with the chip cutter to remove swarf from the tool and billet as quickly as possible, preventing chip buildup and ensuring a clean, uninterrupted cutting process. The swarf is immediately extracted through the hose into the cyclone separator, maintaining both tool efficiency and seal product quality.
Built for heavy-duty industrial applications, this high-pressure vacuum system is equipped with a pulse jet cleaning function, making it ideal for handling large mixed particles and chips in continuous operation. It can also be integrated into centralized extraction systems, enabling multiple suction points and allowing two CNC machines to run efficiently with a single unit.

Cyclone Pre-Separator
In high-volume seal production, swarf and dust can quickly overwhelm vacuum filters, causing blockages and reducing efficiency. The Oz Seals Cyclone Pre-Separator is purpose-built to manage heavy-duty seal cutting cycles, ensuring continuous, smooth, and reliable operation.
Featuring an advanced internal cyclone system, the unit generates a powerful swirling motion that separates coarse particles through centrifugal force and gravity. Larger chips are directed into a 200-litre collection drum, while finer dust is carried with the airflow into the vacuum.
This intelligent separation system provides superior swarf collection efficiency, protects and extends filter life, and ensures your vacuum operates at peak performance. Seal Manufacturing software:
Simploz CAD/CAM, developed exclusively by Oz Seals, is the most user-friendly CAD/CAM software for processing seals automatically within minutes. Select from over 250 profiles covering all seal types and adjust the required parameters on a graphical interface. Following 5 step-by-step procedures, the seal is automatically generated through the CNC machine to be cut in an instant. With Seal Express, you have the ease and control to reduce the time required to manufacture seals.
Simploz runs on Windows 10 and 11 and is updated with new profiles regularly. A computer is included with every Complete Seal Manufacturing System purchased, along with training and ongoing support to help you get up and running smoothly.
