In 1998, Oz Seals pioneered the production of large-diameter seals with the launch of the OZ Megatron a milestone that redefined what was possible in seal manufacturing. Through this commitment, we have eliminated previous size limitations. Today, we classify a large seal as starting from 800mm in diameter, with the capability to manufacture endless seals up to 3000mm.

Unlimited SUPER Large Diameter Welded Seals
For applications requiring even larger dimensions, Oz Seals offers a virtually unlimited diameter range with precision-welded seal profiles all without additional tooling costs.
Our polyurethane welded seals are available in diameters exceeding 3000 mm and can typically be manufactured up to 18,000 mm. These seals are ideal for systems that cannot accommodate continuous endless seals.
Using our advanced interlocking welding process, we achieve the required outer diameter while maintaining exceptional performance. This optimized process ensures not only seamless strength and reliability but also fast delivery and expert support across our entire seal profile range.
At the core of this innovation is our Thermoplas HPU polymer, specifically engineered for welding. This material allows us to produce robust, seamless joints that deliver the same strength, durability, and performance as endless seals.
