  • Oz Seals develop our own, state-of-the-art cast elastomer polyurethane manufacturing systems that are among the most technologically advanced in the world. These cast urethane systems are high performance machines and are suitable for all applications in the urethane industry from shoe soles and foam production to grades of high performance such as heavy rollers. Hardness ranges from 30 shore A to 80 shore D.
  • The Poly 5 range of elastomer polyurethane manufacturing systems is used for producing casting polyurethane elastomer product which uses MOCA and other material as chain extender, such as Butendiol or Ethacure. Different PU rubbers can be switched instantaneously to produce CPU of different materials.
  • The Poly 5 range are custom configurable and compliment the already existing turnkey packages that we supply. All of the Oz Seal packages are extremely affordable to purchase and are a valuable investment to your business.
