This new custom seal was produced due to a situation between a bearing supplier and their customer. A customer had complications with their bearing seal not because of the bearing’s itself but the seal base. As the supplier’s currently used bearing seals consisted of an inferior polyurethane base. The supplier decided to come to OzSeals in order to get a high quality seal product for their bearing seals. To ensure there was no premature degrading and grease leakage. OzSeals used a highly resistant, long-term strong polyurethane base. To guarantee that the bearings can insulate all the grease within the seals and make sure that they last long-term.
