OzSeals recently was sent a request with two samples where we were to modify, improve and multiply the seal. The OzSeals Team used GF1 & BST10 as a base for both samples and then modified to the exact specifications of the sample received. The size of both seals were quite small as the modified GF1 was 6.2 mm x 8.7 mm x 10.4 mm, machined out of PTFE and the modified BST10 was at 4.8 mm x 10 mm x 3.4 mm which was also machined out of POM. The OzSeals team was able to produce 50 of each custom seal and was shipped right away to the customer.
